Let’s repair your relationship with food so you can get back to the things that matter most.

If you feel overwhelmed by food, you’re in the right place.

As a registered dietitian specializing in eating disorders for more than 10 years, I understand the struggle. I understand how you might be consumed by food noise - constantly overthinking what to eat/not eat. I understand the guilt, shame, and self-criticism often playing in the back of your mind. I know it can be overwhelming to be stuck in these patterns, and wanting things to be different but not knowing how to get there (or being scared to step into the unknown).

Please know that things can be different. And you don’t have to figure it out alone. I am here to help you rebuilt trust with food, reconnect with your body, and create a more peaceful relationship with food.

I am currently accepting a limited number of clients for virtual nutrition counselling. Please use the contact form to book.

Available to residents of British Columbia, New Brunswick, NWT, Yukon & Nunavut

Nutrition Recovery Guide for Binge Eating

The Nutrition Recovery Guide for Binge Eating is a compilation of the nutrition strategies I share with clients to reduce binge eating (and in many cases stop altogether).

Broken down into bite-sized sections that are easy to understand, it outlines how, when, and what you eat may be unknowingly triggering binge-eating, with practical solutions to get you onto the path of recovery.

Some of what you’ll learn:

  • Why addressing nutrition is the first step in recovery

  • To identify your specific nutrition triggers

  • Practical strategies to address those triggers

  • How to build more consistent, satisfying eating habits that work for you
